Ker. HC: Vacancies Can be Filled by KPSC that Arise During Validity of Rank List - 04.06.2024

Kerala High Court has held that Rule 14 of the Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure empowers the Kerala Public Service Commission to fill vacancies notified as well as arising from the ranked list during its validity.
