ECI Directed to Ensure Appointment of Vote Counting Staff Strictly Through Prescribed Guidelines - 04.06.2024

Calcutta High Court has directed the Election Commission of India (ECI) to ensure the appointment of counting staff for Lok Sabha polls 2024 strictly in accordance with guidelines laid down by the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of West Bengal.
