Raj HC: PP Bound to Prosecute Accused Once Application u/s 321 CrPC Rejected - 03.06.2024

Rajasthan High Court has held that once an application filed for withdrawal of prosecution against the accused under Section 321 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is rejected by the court, the Public Prosecutor (PP) becomes duty-bound to open the case for prosecution.
