Mad. HC: Sufficient Knowledge in Tamil Language A Sine Qua Non for Service in Group-IV Posts - 03.06.2024

Mad. HC has upheld Govt. order mandating candidates to secure minimum qualifying marks of 40% in Tamil Paper in examination conducted by the Tamil Nadu PSC, and observed that for persons in Group-IV posts knowledge of Tamil language is a sine qua non for efficient discharge of functions and duties.
