SC Refuses to Grant Relief to YSR Congress Party Challenging Circular Relaxing Postal Ballot Norms - 03.06.2024

Supreme Court has declined to entertain a petition filed by the YSR Congress Party challenging new rules for counting postal ballot votes in Andhra Pradesh that were issued by the Election Commission of India.
