Punjab & Haryana High Court: No Bar Under JJ Act to Grant Bail to Child In Conflict with Law - 03.06.2024

P&H HC has held that application for grant of anticipatory bail under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 at behest of child in conflict with law before High Court or Sessions Court is maintainable under law and said remedy is not excluded by operation of Section 12 of JJ Act, 2015.
