Del HC: Allow. Each Sadhu/Guru to Build Shrine/Samadhi on Public Land Will Lead to Disastrous Conse. - 03.06.2024

Del HC has held that if each Sadhu, Baba, fakir or Guru in different parts of landscape is allowed to build a shrine or samadhi on public land and thereby, continue to use it for personal gains by vested interest groups, that would lead to disastrous consequences jeopardizing larger public interest.
