All. HC: Causing ‘Annoyance to Others’ A Prerequisite to Invoke Section 294 of IPC - 31.05.2024

Allahabad High Court has observed that in order to invoke Section 294 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, mere performance of an obscene act is not sufficient and it should also be established that the act caused annoyance to others.
