Delhi High Court: MCD, DDA Ordered to Frame Rules for Levying Fine on Encroachers - 31.05.2024

Delhi High Court has ordered the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to make encroachers liable for illegal encroachment on public places and frame rules regarding the levy of fine for the same.
