Karnataka High Court: Provisions of RTE Act Apply to Residential Schools - 31.05.2024

Kar. HC has held that under Section 18 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 read with Karnataka RTE Rules, it is mandatory for a school other than a school established, owned and controlled by appropriate Govt. or local authority to apply for recognition under RTE Act.
