Circular Regarding Prioritizing Cases of Litigants/Advocates with Disability, Issued by Delhi HC - 30.05.2024

Del. HC has issued a circular that relates to priority hearing of cases of litigants/advocates with disability under Rights of Persons with Disability Act, 2016. Litigants/advocates are required to apprise registry about their ongoing cases so that they can be identified and disposed of on priority.
