Ker. HC: Construction of Illegal Religious Structures Cannot be Permitted on Government Land - 30.05.2024

Ker HC has observed that construction of illegal religious structures cannot be permitted on government land as it will create religious disharmony. If one religion is allowed to erect its deity in a Government land, the other religions also will start doing the same leading to law and order issues.
