Delhi High Court: Question of Property Title Can’t be Decided by Forums Under Senior Citizens Act - 29.05.2024

Del. HC has held that a reading of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 makes it clear that the forum under the Act does not have the jurisdiction to decide the title of the property and the purpose of the Act is to ensure the welfare of Senior Citizens.
