Meghalaya High Court: In a Sacred Relationship, Husband is the Property of the Wife and Vice Versa - 29.05.2024

Meghalaya HC while modifying murder conviction of a man for causing death of his wife’s paramour, has observed that in a sacred relationship, the husband is the property of the wife and vice versa and if one betrays the other, this type of incident will take place due to sudden provocation/emotion.
