Cal HC: Death to be Presumed of Employee Untraceable for 7 Years, Heirs Entitled to Terminal Benefit - 27.05.2024

Calcutta High Court has held that the law is well settled that in case a person is untraceable for more than seven years, his death may be presumed, making the legal heirs of the employee entitled to terminal benefits.
