Delhi HC: Sensitization of Trial Court Judges Required in Pronouncing Judgements on Conviction - 27.05.2024

Del. HC has observed that judgments on conviction should only be pronounced when they are ready for pronouncement and where judges convict accused and take them into custody they should immediately supply a copy, free of cost, to the accused for availing remedies available to them according to law.
