All. HC: Cost Imposed on Party for Filing False Affidavit Before Authority to Grab Widow’s Property - 24.05.2024

All. HC has imposed a cost of Rs. 50,000 on a party for filing false affidavit before various quasi-judicial authorities in order to grab the land of a widow and observed that the petitioners not only cheated or deceived the widow lady but also mislead the Courts and concealed the relevant facts.
