Ker. HC: To Seek Investigation u/s 156(3) of CrPC, Pre-Conditions Have to be Satisfied - 23.05.2024

Kerala HC has held that where investigation under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) is sought, it is necessary to satisfy the pre-condition of filing applications under Section 154(1) and 154(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
