OBC Certificates Issued In West Bengal After 2010 Cancelled by Calcutta High Court - 23.05.2024

Cal HC has cancelled all Other Backward Classes (OBC) certificates issued in State of West Bengal after 2010 & also set aside classification of 37 communities of OBCs under WB Backward Classes (Other than Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes) (Reservation of Vacancies in Services & Posts) Act, 2012.
