Supreme Court: If the Presence of Litigant is Required, Courts Should Allow Them to Appear Virtually - 22.05.2024

Supreme Court while granting relief to a litigant suffering from ailments from personally appearing in the Court, has observed that if there is a facility in the Court to appear through a virtual mode then personal appearance of the litigant can be sought using such medium.
