All HC: High Court Appointing Arbitrator has Power to Extend Arbitrator's Mandate u/s 29A of A&C Act - 21.05.2024

Allahabad HC has held that if an arbitrator is appointed by the High Court under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (A&C Act) then the High Court shall have the jurisdiction to extend the mandate of the Arbitrator under Section 29 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
