Del. HC: Entities Restrained from Infringing Personality Rights of Actor Jackie Shroff - 20.05.2024

Delhi High Court has restrained various entities from infringing the personality and publicity rights of Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff by utilizing or misappropriating his name and other sobriquets including “JACKIE”, “JAGGU DADA”, his voice and image for any commercial purpose without his consent.
