Bom HC: Authorisation to Export Necessary Even if Exporter has License to Sell Drugs for Med. Purpose - 20.05.2024

Bom. HC has observed that use of terms 'license', 'authorization, disjunctively, indicates that these terms have not been used interchangeably and under Section 8(c) of NDPS Act, 1985 export of a psychotropic substance sans license, permit or authorization is expressly prohibited.
