Karnataka HC: Can’t Provide Free Bus Service to Enable Voters to Reach Polling Booth - 17.05.2024

Karnataka High Court has observed that free bus services cannot be provided to enable voters to reach polling booths and stated that the Chief Election Commissioner is not empowered to issue such directions either to the state government or the heads of the Public Transport Corporation.
