Recommendations Made by Gujarat HC for Promotions of Judicial Officers Upheld by Supreme Court - 17.05.2024

Supreme Court while dismissing the challenge to the merit list, has upheld the promotion of Senior Civil Judges to the 65% promotion quota of District Judges based on merit-cum-seniority principle that was recommended by the High Court of Gujarat.
