Allahabad High Court: Can’t Allow Petition for Expeditious Disposal of Cases on Regular Basis - 16.05.2024

All HC has observed that trial courts are burdened with heavy dockets and directions cannot be passed routinely to trial court to decide any case expeditiously. When some extraordinary circumstance is made out only then it would be appropriate for Courts to exercise its extraordinary jurisdiction.
