Del. HC: In-Mall Marketing Campaigns Also Advertisements, HUL Restrained from Comparing Products - 14.05.2024

Del. HC has restrained Hindustan Unilever Ltd. from comparing its Ponds products with Nivea for advertising or marketing activity and observed that activity undertaken either expressly or by implication or association is misleading and disparaging, and can cause irreversible prejudice to plaintiff.
