Kar. HC: For Disqua. Under Gram Swaraj & Panchayat Act, Subsisting Contract With Panchayat Necessary - 13.05.2024

Karnataka High Court has held that in order to disqualify a Panchayat member under Section 12 (h) of the Karnataka Gram Swaraj and Panchayat Raj Act, 1993, the existence of a subsisting contract with the Panchayat is necessary.
