SC: Onus on Service Provider to Prove That Service Was Availed for Commercial Purpose - 13.05.2024

Supreme Court has observed that a service provider cannot dispute the maintainability of a consumer complaint unless the service provider proves that the goods or services availed by the consumer were for commercial purposes.
