Del HC: Evidence in Predicate Offence by Accused Who Becomes Approver Can’t be Used in PMLA Procee. - 10.05.2024

Delhi High Court has observed that evidence given by an accused who has become an approver and is granted pardon in a predicate offence, cannot be used for the purpose of proceedings under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
