Supreme Court: Notice Issued to IBBI Over Ambiguity in Uploading NCLT Orders - 10.05.2024

SC has issued notice to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) on considerable ambiguity concerning service of orders passed by National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), uploading of orders on website and also requirement to obtain a certified copy of order and enclose the same with the appeal.
