SC: Presiding Officers/Members of JJ Board Should Specifically Mention Names in Orders - 10.05.2024

SC has observed that Presiding Officers or Members of the Juvenile Justice Board must mention their names when the order is passed. In absence of names, it becomes difficult to find out later on, as to who was presiding the Court, Board or Tribunal or was the member at the relevant point of time.
