Open Air Prisons Suggested by Supreme Court as Solution to Overcrowding of Prisons - 10.05.2024

Supreme Court has observed that the establishment of open-air prisons or camps can be one of the solutions for overcrowding in prisons. The Court further cited the example of this system functioning efficiently in Rajasthan.
