Bom. HC: Ensure Availability of Essential Infrastructure to Implement e-Mulakaat System in Prisons - 09.05.2024

Bom. HC has observed that the State shall implement the e-Mulakaat System in all the prisons throughout Maharashtra and shall also provide adequate infrastructure and ensure all the inmates in the prisons are given access to phone calls and e-mulakaat facilities.
