Ker. HC: Termination of 27 Weeks Pregnancy Citing Foetal Abnormalities Permitted - 07.05.2024

Kerala High Court has allowed a married couple to terminate pregnancy that reached 27 weeks of gestation after the medical board observed that the foetus, although did not have a life-threatening situation but is likely to have permanent and significant neurological disabilities and handicaps.
