SC: Minimum 1/3rd Women's Reservation in SCBA Posts is on Experimental Basis - 07.05.2024

Supreme Court has clarified that its previous order directing reservation of a minimum 1/3rd seats for women in the Supreme Court Bar Association's executive committee is on an experimental basis and any difficulty faced in implementing the reforms must be put before the court.
