Supreme Court: Constitutionality of Minimum Mark Criteria for Interview Upheld - 07.05.2024

SC has upheld the constitutionality of rules that require a candidate to fulfill minimum mark criteria in the viva voce test for appointment to District Judiciary in States of Bihar and Gujarat and stated that while the written exam measures knowledge, the interview reveals character and capability.
