Ker. HC: Declining a Rape Victim to Terminate Pregnancy Violates Right to Live With Dignity - 06.05.2024

Ker HC has observed that declining permission to rape victim to medically terminate her unwanted pregnancy would amount to forcing the responsibility of motherhood and denying her right to live with dignity that forms significant part of right of life guaranteed under Article 21 of Constitution.
