SC: HC’s Decision Allowing Amendment of Cheque Date Mentioned in Complaint, Set Aside - 02.05.2024

SC held that in a matter, where date is a relevant aspect based on which entire aspect relating to issue of notice within time frame is provided under NI Act, 1881, and also as to whether as on date there was enough balance in the account of issuer of cheque, the amendment would not be justified.
