SC: Without Examining Lawfulness of 'Minutes of Order' Filed by Advocates, Orders Cannot be Passed - 01.05.2024

Supreme Court has held that High Court must apply its mind to the minutes of order in order to ensure that the rights of the third parties are not affected and that the order proposed to be passed is lawful.
