Obey the Courts or Face Penalty: Bombay High Court to Tax Officials - 02.06.2016

Bombay High Court while hearing a matter related to appropriation of rebate claims by L&T has observed that Tax officials may be penalised and their salaries may be forfeited if the tax office pushes through orders ignoring court rulings that question such orders.
