Ker. HC: Fitting of Sensors in Buses Used as Stage Carriages Can’t be Insisted by Registration Author - 27.04.2024

Kerala High Court has held that as long as the vehicle satisfies the provisions contained in Chapter VI of AIS-052, registration authority will not be justified in insisting that the stage carriage will be registered only if the pneumatic doors of the stage carriage are fitted with sensors.
