Bom. HC: Tender Conditions Challenged by Contractors Through PIL Pollute Purity of Stream of PIL - 25.04.2024

Bombay High Court has held that permitting a contractor to file a public interest litigation (PIL) petition challenging the conditions of a tender, is nothing but a sheer abuse of the process of Court and an effort to pollute the purity of the stream of public interest litigation.
