Kar. HC: Challenge to Singing State Anthem Dismissed, Right to Remain Silent Cited - 25.04.2024

Kar. HC while dismissing a petition challenging State’s order prescribing singing of state anthem, has observed that Government has done it in executive power and any individual who does not want to sing the anthem can exercise right to remain silent provided that there should not be any disrespect.
