Suo Motu PIL Initiated by Telangana HC on Sr. Advocate’s Letter Alleging Handcuffing of Accused - 24.04.2024

Tel. HC has initiated a suo motu Public Interest Litigation (PIL) based on a letter received by a senior advocate who alleged handcuffing of three accused stating it to be a clear violation of Supreme Court’s order in Prem Shankar Shukla vs. Delhi Administration (MANU/SC/0084/1980
; 1980/INSC/96).
