Supreme Court Expresses Disappointment Over Inadequate Implementation of RPwD Act, 2016 - 23.04.2024

SC while expressing its disappointment at dismal state of enforcement of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, has directed Department of Disabilities in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment to take up the issue with its members and update the court with a status of compliance.
