Del. HC: For Purposes of Article 19(6) of COI National Council for Teacher Education is ‘State’ - 23.04.2024

Delhi High Court has held that for the purposes of Article 19(6) of the Constitution of India, National Council for Teacher Education shall come under the category of State and its executive decisions would also constitute law.
