Karnataka High Court: Smoking Hookah as Addictive and Harmful as Smoking Cigarettes - 23.04.2024

Kar. HC has upheld State Government’s notification that banned sale, consumption, storage, etc of hookah products within State and observed that hookah is as addictive and as harmful as cigarette, therefore the action of the State is in strict consonance with Article 47 of the Constitution of India.
