Ker. HC Issues Guidelines for DNA Testing of Children of Rape Victims Who Are Given in Adoption - 23.04.2024

Ker. HC laid down guidelines for DNA testing of children of rape victims given in adoption which state that Courts shall not entertain applications seeking DNA examination of such children, Child Welfare Committee shall ensure that DNA samples are taken before completion of adoption process.
