SC: Government of Himachal Pradesh Directed to Review its Policies on Child Care Leaves - 23.04.2024

Supreme Court while expressing concern over the lack of policies on Child Care Leaves especially for women who have differently abled children, has directed the State to constitute a committee under the Rights of Persons With Disability Act, 2016 to examine the possible solutions.
